3 Marla Scheme of Punjab Govt. – Free Plots in 22 Districts
The 3 Marla Scheme is a major step by Maryam Nawaz, the Chief Minister of Punjab. This project is for the homeless people in the province. Under this housing initiative, the government is giving away free 3 Marla plots (675 square feet area) to families who don’t own a house or any land. This project is part of her vision, “Apni Chhat Apna Ghar”, which means “Your Own Roof, Your Own Home.”
The scheme started in January 2025, with the first phase offering 1,892 plots across 22 districts of Punjab. It’s not just about land—it’s about giving poor and deserving families a chance to live a better life. There is no application fee for this Housing Scheme.
Eligibility Criteria for Maryam Nawaz 3 Marla plot Scheme
- Must be a resident of the Punjab Provience.
- Should not own any property (house or land).
- Must be from a poor or financially weak family.
- Special cases are prioritized (Orphan, Widow, Disabled)
- Applicant must be 18 years or older and married.

- Visit the official website of the Punjab Government to start the application process.
- Apply online by signing up for an account using your CNIC and mobile number.
- Add your personal information carefully, including your name, address, and family details.
- Upload the required documents, such as; CNIC (ID card), Proof of residence, Marriage certificate (if applicable), Death Certificate of Husband (for Windows only)
- After completing the form, upload all documents and submit your application.
Wait for a verification message on your registered mobile number to know the status of your application.
